1. Information We Collect
IndiePaste is engineered for ephemeral data transfer. We do not require account registration for basic paste generation. When users submit text or code, snippets are temporarily stored using Upstash Redis with defined Time-To-Live (TTL) timestamps or burn-after-read rules.
Uploaded media attachments are stored temporarily on Cloudflare R2 object storage and purged according to expiry configurations.
2. Cookies and Advertising Partners
We use essential session cookies through Clerk Authentication for user verification and admin telemetry. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to our website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to IndiePaste and/or other sites on the Internet.
Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info.
3. Telemetry and Analytics
Anonymous telemetry (browser client headers, HTTP status codes, and user feedback) submitted through our feedback widget is stored strictly for technical error resolution, performance optimization, and bug fixing.
